Ruth Page-Nelson is a Microbiologist and Chemist as well as a Master Licensed Electrical Contractor and former general contractor. She began Lead Safety Practices in 1998 when HUD introduced the Lead Safe Housing Rule. Ruth was trained at Georgia Tech in Lead Abatement, Lead Inspecting, Lead Supervision and Lead Assessing. She has a vast knowledge of construction and chemistry. Ruth has taught the course in Alabama since it was introduced in 2010. The class delivery assures a clear understanding of your responsibilities and techniques to remain compliant.
