With new enforcement, there is a very clear message being sent to Contractors and building owners hiring others to perform work on affected structures likely to have lead paint in them.  We have had reports of  recent fines, along with very high profile companies and personnel being fined for failing to handle lead safely or comply with the requirements of the Lead RRP training and work practices.
